License to use PRESSonance

PRESSonance grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control, subject to the purchase and family-sharing terms of the store or channel through which you obtained it.

Trial and purchase

PRESSonance may offer a trial period through the App Store. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewing subscription. Current pricing is shown on the App Store listing.

Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store policies. Purchases can be restored in the PRESSonance app when you are signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Acceptable use

You may use PRESSonance for personal or professional typing feedback. You may not resell the app, distribute modified copies, bypass licensing controls, use it to violate another person's privacy, or claim ownership of its bundled assets.

Audio and third-party material

Bundled sound recordings and notices are governed by the licenses listed on the Licenses page. Product and switch names may be trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Updates and availability

Features, sound packs, compatibility, and App Store availability may change as PRESSonance develops. We may require an update when needed for security, privacy, store requirements, or macOS compatibility.

No professional advice

WordEcho and auditory feedback are convenience features. They are not medical, accessibility, transcription, proofreading, or safety services and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional tools.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, PRESSonance is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes

If these terms materially change, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after the change means you accept the revised terms.
